Terms and Conditions

Psychic Tickets and the event organiser strive to ensure that all events and services offered are conducted in a professional and entertaining manner. By booking an event or service, you accept that all services provided are for entertainment purposes only. The event organiser cannot guarantee that paranormal activity or personal messages will occur; therefore, no guarantees are made regarding the validity or truth of personal experiences at events. However, we guarantee that all events are organised and conducted under controlled conditions at all times. These terms and conditions ensure you are fully aware of the nature of the events the event organiser manages.

Ticket Policy:

 

  • Psychic Tickets sells tickets on behalf of a third party.

 

  • Tickets for events and workshops are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the third party.

 

  • A booking fee may be charged and is non-refundable.

 

 

General Conditions

  • A minimum age of 16 years applies to participants at all events/services unless stated.

 

  • Attendees suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave without a refund.

 

  • Smoking indoors is prohibited by law; designated smoking areas may be available outdoors.

 

  • Pregnant women may face restrictions due to health and safety at some locations. Please contact the event organiser before booking.

 

  • All events/demonstrations/services are a form of experiment, and no claims are made and results cannot be guaranteed.

 

  • The event organiser will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to the participants, during and after the event, even if caused by suspected paranormal activity.

 

  • All personal belongings, clothing, equipment, vehicles, and effects belonging to you, or members of your party are your own responsibility. The event organiser is not responsible for the safe custody of attendee’s property, for its loss, damage, or theft.

 

  • In the event of any unforeseen problems, accidents, or incidents that may happen during an event/service, the event organiser cannot and does not accept any liability for any accident, injury, or death, however caused.

 

  • Disruptive behaviour of any sort is not tolerated. If this occurs, you will be asked to leave the event and you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

  • Events that take place wholly or partially in the open air could be affected by adverse weather conditions. The event organiser reserves the right to relocate the event to an area which is undercover. Most events will still take place, and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing.

 

  • Rarely, events/services are cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. If this occurs, the event organiser will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund. If the event is moved or rescheduled, refund limitations may apply. Travel expenses will not be refunded.

 

  • The event organiser only uses professional paranormal investigators, psychics and mediums; any statements made are the sole opinion of the individual and do not reflect the opinions or policies of the event organiser. You, the Customer, are responsible for making your own decisions and opinions.

 

  • Guests are encouraged not to bring filming, recording, or photographic equipment unless stated beforehand. The event organiser takes no responsibility for any loss, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

 

  • Bookings cannot be sold or transferred. Proof of booking may be required at the event.

 

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash. All payments must be made in full before the event. Once full payment has been received, confirmation of your booking will be sent. Event places will only be secured once full payment has been processed.

 

Food, Drink, and Product Purchases

  • Food and Drink: These are supplied by third parties unless stated otherwise. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all drink licensing, local authority certificates, food hygiene certificates, and nutritional/allergy information before purchase.

  • Items, Services, and Products: These are sold by third parties unless stated at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to check insurance coverage, return policies, and vendor contact information. 

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have checked all relevant details before booking tickets or making purchases at any time during events.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal information is used to provide services and send promotional messages. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required. Opt-out options are available for promotional messages.
